Who handles your information
Nathan Carlisle personally is the seller and organizer of this workshop. Stringline AI is the public-facing brand used to present it. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to nate@stringlineai.ai.
Information collected
- Registration details such as your name, email address, company information you choose to provide, and the attendee connected to the ticket.
- Transaction details such as payment status, amount, purchase time, and payment or checkout reference numbers. Stripe processes your card and other payment credentials. Nathan Carlisle does not receive your full card number.
- Messages you send about registration, refunds, support, or workshop questions.
- Basic technical information that the website and service providers may process, such as IP address, browser, device, and request logs.
- Workshop participation information, including your display name, chat messages, voice, or video if you choose to participate while the session is recorded.
How the information is used
- Confirm payment and register the attendee.
- Email the private Google Meet access information, workshop reminders, materials, and recording.
- Answer support questions and process eligible refund requests.
- Protect the workshop, prevent misuse, diagnose delivery problems, and maintain required business records.
- Comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, or payment obligations.
Service providers
Information is shared only as reasonably needed to sell and deliver the workshop. Providers may include Stripe for checkout and payment, Google Workspace and Google Meet for email and the live event, and Cloudflare for website hosting and security. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Personal information is not sold or rented. Buying a ticket does not enroll you in unrelated marketing messages.
Private access and recording
The Google Meet link is sent privately to registered attendees after payment. Do not share it. Reasonable steps are taken to limit workshop and recording access to people entitled to receive it, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
If you do not want your voice, video, display name, or chat messages to appear in the recording, keep your camera and microphone off and do not post in the workshop chat.
Retention and your choices
Registration, transaction, support, and refund records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to deliver the workshop, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Service providers may keep records according to their own retention requirements.
You can ask to review, correct, or delete personal information held directly by Nathan Carlisle by emailing nate@stringlineai.ai. Some transaction or legal records may need to be retained even after a deletion request.
Policy updates
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. A change will not take away a refund right that applied when you purchased your ticket.
