Full refund deadline
Full refund if you email nate@stringlineai.ai by October 11, 2026 at 6:00 PM Mountain Time from the same email you used to register.
Your email must arrive by the deadline. Include the registered attendee name so the purchase can be matched and reviewed.
After the deadline
After October 11, 2026 at 6:00 PM Mountain Time, the ticket is non-refundable. This includes scheduling conflicts, missed attendance, technical problems on the attendee's side, and no-shows.
Registered non-refunded attendees keep the workshop recording, including attendees who cannot join live.
If the organizer cancels
If Nathan Carlisle cancels the workshop as the organizer, you get a full refund. A refund will be returned through the original payment method when possible.
How to request a refund
- Email nate@stringlineai.ai from the same email address used to register.
- Use the subject line Workshop refund request.
- Include the registered attendee name.
- Send the request before October 11, 2026 at 6:00 PM Mountain Time.
Processing
Eligible refunds are submitted back through the payment provider. The time for a credit to appear depends on the provider and your bank. A refunded registration no longer includes live access, workshop materials, or the recording.
